Tiffany wrote this book with children in mind, but I feel it would make for a loving share between children and adults. “We are all Energy” is a story written with so much love and gentleness and the soft, soothing colours chosen in the imagery is beautiful and so perfect. This book will be a heartwarming source of comfort for any child experiencing the death of a loved one and navigating the grief that follows. It is now one of my all-time favourites and one that I would love to see in every school and public library and alike.

I bought this book for my daughter because her grandfather had recently passed away. The book helped to explain death to my daughter. But the book actually also helped me. I know it's a children's book, but I found much comfort with it too.
